The Circular Economy Lab at the ESG Laboratories and Futura Expo
The appointments of the Circular Economy Lab continue in collaboration with the Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center team: a brief summary of our meetings in September and October at Futura Expo in Brescia and the ESG Laboratories in Montebelluna.
The Circular Economy in the Plastic & Packaging industry: this was the title of the workshop, organized by the team of the Circular Economy Lab, which led to the Expo of sustainability at the Brixia Forum in Brescia, a moment of in-depth analysis on global issues and developments of the Circular Economy paradigm. During the workshop, held on October 4th, the main trends, the evolution of the legislative landscape, the success stories, and the most relevant innovations at Italian and international level in the transformation of supply chains towards regenerative production and consumption models were discussed.
Circular Economy Lab at Futura Expo
Futura Expo, title of the event curated by the Brescia Chamber of Commerce, has established itself as the first national sustainability EXPO, with over 107 exhibitors present at the fair and more than 100 conferences gathered in the seven thematic spaces of the exhibition. The participation of the Circular Economy Lab, born from the partnership between Cariplo Factory and Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, was part of the wider participation of Intesa Sanpaolo in the Brescia event.
The meetings of the ESG Lab in Veneto continue
Finally, the appointments of the ESG Lab in the area and among local communities continue, with an event held on September 19th at the SportSystem Foundation in Montebelluna (Treviso). The meeting, which also had the goal of studying the challenges, objectives, and principles of the Circular Economy - with a particular focus on the thriving sport shoes district - saw the participation of Stefano Martini and Flavio Visone, respectively Head of Circular Economy Lab and Circular Economy Specialist of Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center.
